Sleep

I wait till I am super tired and then I eat a banana right before I go to bed.
The potassium found in Bananas are proven to relax muscles which calms your body.
This help you achieve R.E.M. which of course, makes you dream more proficiently!

I have learned how to make myself dream of something or someone. This helps me cope with distance.
