According to what I have read, lack of sun creates a deficiency in melatonin.
This is why I don't sleep at a normal time and why I always look pale and unhealthy.
Not to mention my mood has been very short and irritable.
I can either take vitamins and pills or I can actually go outside and enjoy nature more.
I think Ill go with the second option.
I put in my two weeks notice at work today and I had a mixture of emotions.
Happiness,relief,excitement but then I was sad and will miss everyone who I have become friends with who come into my work. This is the longest I have ever worked at a place and I feel like its really been the only comfortable environment down here for me.
Also! I am on the journey yet again to stop eating meat. Its going to really challenge my will power.

Buy a reusable container and fill it with tap water, a great choice for the environment, your wallet, and possibly your health. The EPA's standards for tap water are more stringent than the FDA's standards for bottled water.
Though today was a seemingly questionable day, I saw someone who I have not seen in a while. I don't know what it is about her precisely, but she make me get flustered.
Its too bad that the circumstances are not in our favor.
